GGRetroBox is a monthly subscription service that delivers physical boxes containing 3-6 video games straight to your doorstep. The games are yours to keep!
Simple. You sign up for a subscription and each month we will deliver a gaming box experience to you! You can upload your game collection to get games tailored to you and to ensure you receive no duplicates.
Each month you'll receive a variety of video games, ranging from popular titles to hidden gems. We strive to provide a unique assortment of games in every box. Please note that some games may show signs of their age, such as stickers, scuffs, minor case cracks, discoloration, or identifying marks left by previous passionate gamers.
Yes! You can choose which consoles to include games from. When you sign up, you will select the type of retro gaming consoles you use. You can update that preference while logged in. You can also update your current collection to be sure to not receive duplicate games in your box.
Monthly! We ship out all boxes by the 7th of each month. Once your box has shipped, you will see a tracking number on the dashboard. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for the tracking number to update due to technical reasons.
Yes, but to avoid being charged for the subsequent billing cycle, cancellations must be made by the 24th of the current month. For multi-month subscriptions (e.g., 3-month, 6-month, or yearly plans), cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription term, as these plans cannot be canceled mid-term.
Yes! We offer free shipping for all US addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working with our partners on shipping internationally. Right now, shipping costs and import duties may be issues. Contact us and we can look into certain specific cases. Additional shipping charges will apply.
We bill you around the 25th of each month. If you are pre-purchasing a long term subscription you will be billed immediately the full amount. If your payment is declined or expired, we will notify you via email and give you up to 48 hours to update your payment information. If you do not update your payment information within 48 hours, your subscription will be cancelled.
We currently accept card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available options will depend on your device or web browser, for example, Apple Pay requires Safari on iOS or macOS.
We do not offer refunds, but if you're unhappy with your box, please please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

We are currently working on adding a feature on the site to pause subscroptions. For now, if you would like to skip a month, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. To not be charged for the subsequent box, you must pause your subscription before the 25th of the current month.
Yes, the deadline to order is the 25th of the month in order to receive the next month's shipment. We will try our best to ship ASAP, depending on availability if you do happen to order in between periods.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your tier for your next box on your dashboard at any time before the deadline.
Your subscription is automatically renewed unless you have cancelled or paused your subscription.
Depending on your shipping address, we may charge sales tax. Shipping is free for all US addresses.

While logged in, you can update your collection at any time. It is important to update your collection as soon as possible to ensure you don't receive duplicate games. Modifications after the 26th of the month may not be reflected in the next month's box.
If you have more than 200 games for a system you would like to collect for, please contact us first before subscribing so we can ensure that GGRetroBox is a good fit for you.
